  • During his state service, Vahram Avanesyan was one of the leaders in projecting, directing and implementing socio-economic and structural reforms in Armenia. Since 2000, he has been actively involved in the process of providing consultations to state bodies and international organizations both on the local and international levels. More than 60 projects have been completed under his leadership, including economic development, energy, institutional reforms of potable water and irrigation systems, consultation on SPC transactions in the energy and water spheres, as well as agricultural and state finance management reforms. Vahram Avanesyan also has great experience in the provision of consultations in Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
